WELCOME HUNTERS!

We will be open the following additional hours to receive wildgame for processing.

Sunday, November 30th ~ 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

We process whole body deer, elk, and antelope.
Leave the work to us.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
Avoid sour meat by getting the heat out of the meat as quickly as possible.  After gutting your animal, open up the cavity and cool it down with ice as quickly as possible. 

For Trim: Do not close it up in a container before getting the heat out of the meat or it will turn sour. 

Any sour meat from your harvested animal will be disposed of.  Disposal fees will apply.

Please do NOT use garbage bags to store any kind of meat!
Please remember to ONLY use food safe containers or clear food safe ziploc bags to store and transport your harvested meat to our facility for processing.

REQUIREMENTS: Previous Retail Management Experience with Strong Skills in the following areas: Communication, Customer Service, Hiring, Organization, Problem Solving, Math, Typing & Data Entry, Following Directions, Counting, Attention to Detail, Team Player, Self Starting, Ambitious and Hard Working.

Job Duties include:  Customer service, keeping retail areas cleaned and stocked, taking customer orders, hiring, order management, filling orders, invoicing, cleaning, cashier, marketing.

Full Time Hours - Must be availble to work Saturdays.

We are working very hard to fill your orders.  Here are some things you need to know.
 

• If you need to call us about your order, you are REQUIRED to give us information from the pink copy of your order form. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are unable to give you updates or make changes on your order unless you have the pink copy of your order form in front of you.
   

• When your order is ready for pick-up, you will be e-mailed or called to schedule a pick-up appointment time window during hours when we are staffed for the purpose of pick-ups.  Please do not show up for an order pick-up outside your scheduled pick-up time window without making prior arrangements with us.
   

• PLEASE CALL US AT 605-368-2161 TO RESCHEDULE YOUR PICK-UP APPOINTMENT IF YOUR PICK-UP TIME WINDOW DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU.
